Ingredients
- 1 lb. crabmeat
- 1 medium onion, shredded
- 1 bunch red radishes, thinly sliced
- 1/2 c. olive oil
- 1/2 c. white vinegar
- 1/2 c. cold water
- 1/4 c. fresh lime juice
- salt to taste
- Louisiana hot sauce or ground cayenne pepper to taste
Directions

1In a small, flat bottomed glass dish, place layer of onion, then a layer of crabmeat, then a layer of radish.

2Repeat step. In a medium bowl, whisk together the oil, vinegar, water, lime juice, salt and hot sauce.

3Pour over the last layer.

4Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

5Serve on a bed of lettuce with cracked pepper crackers.
