- 1 lb. crabmeat
- 1/2 c. celery, finely diced
- 1/2 c. cucumbers or pickles, finely diced
- 1/4 c. green onions, chopped
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
- 4 hot dog rolls
Directions

1Combine crabmeat with celery, cucumbers, green onions and mayonnaise.

2Chill until ready to serve.

3Toast open-faced rolls under toaster oven or broiler until brown.

4Spoon crabmeat into rolls.

5Serve while rolls are still warm.
