  • 1 long loaf sourdough bread
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 small can (3 to 4 oz.) crab or 1/2 c. fresh crab, shredded

Directions

    Mix ingredients; slice bread in approximately 1-inch thick slices.

    Spread mixture over bread slices.

    Place on baking sheet; broil at 350° until cheese melts.

    Garnish with paprika, optional. Serves 8 to 10.
