- 8 slices bread, cubed
- 2 c. crab meat
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. onion, chopped
- 1 c. green pepper, chopped
- 1 c. celery, chopped
- 3 c. milk
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
- paprika
Directions

1Cube 4 slices bread; put in long 3-quart glass casserole. Combine next 5 ingredients; spread over bread cubes.

2Cube other 4 slices of bread over this.

3Beat eggs; add milk and pour over mixture.

4This may be refrigerated until the next day.

5Bake at 350° for 30 minutes, then spoon soup and cheese over and sprinkle with paprika.

6Bake an additional 60 minutes at 350°.
