- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 1 qt. milk
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 c. white crab meat
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/8 tsp. mace
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Melt butter in top of double boiler; blend in flour until smooth.

2Gradually add milk, stirring constantly.

3Add crab meat and seasonings.

4Cook slowly over hot water for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley or paprika.

5Serves 4 to 6.
