- 1 to 1-1/2 lb. crab meat
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 c. milk
- 1 c. cream
- 2 Tbsp. grated onion
- salt and pepper
- 1 Tbsp. Lea & Perrins
- 1 tsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. sherry wine
Directions

1Put crab meat in double boiler, add butter, onions, and pepper. Cook for a few minutes.

2Heat milk and add to crab mixture.

3Stir and add cream and Lea & Perrins.

4Add flour and sherry, stirring all together well.

5Cook over a low flame for about 30 minutes. Turn into a tureen.

6Makes 8 servings.
