  • 2 Imitation crab sticks
  • 1 less than 1 tablespoon Dashi stock
  • 1 dash Salt
  • 1 dash Umami seasoning
  • 1 Olive oil

    Break a egg into a bowl.

    Add salt, umami seasoning, and dashi stock.

    Especially beat the egg white well, and incorporate.

    Cut the imitation crab sticks to fit in a tamagoyaki pan.

    Heat olive oil in a tamagoyaki pan.

    When the pan is warm, pour in half of the egg mixture, and turn the heat down to low.

    Lay the crab sticks and roll it towards you.

    When it's done, push it to the other side of the pan, and pour the rest of the egg mixture in the empty space.

    Roll again towards you.

    Place the roll joint-side down, and fry for a little while.
