- 1 cup maida
- 1/2 cup rawa
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups ghee
- 1 dash elaichi powder
- 2 to 3 sm. grains kapur
Directions

1Heat 1 cup ghee and roast maida until a nice smell emanates and it turns a light pink.

2Remove and set aside.

3In the same vessel heat 1 cup ghee and roast rawa until pink.

4Prepare a sugar syrup by boiling the sugar in 1/2 cup water.

5Mix the roasted maida, rawa and syrup, adding the flavourings.

6Mix well and pour into a well greased thali.

7Cool, cut and store.
