- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. wide egg noodles
- 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 c. milk
- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. crab delights
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. minced parsley
- 2 Tbsp. butter or oleo
- 1 small can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 c. Marsala wine (optional)
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
- salt to taste
Directions

1Cook noodles as directed on package.

2In skillet over medium heat, cook mushrooms in butter until all liquid is absorbed. Stir in undiluted soup, milk and wine (increase milk to 1 1/4 cups if not using wine).

3Cook until sauce boils.

4Reduce heat.

5Add crabmeat, peas and sour cream.

6Heat through; do not boil.

7Toss with noodles and parsley.
