  • 12 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 (8 ounce) can crabmeat, flaked
  • 1 cup finely chopped celery
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped green peppers
  • 1 tablespoon thousand island dressing
  • 13 cup sour cream

Directions

    Slice eggs in half lengthwise; remove yolks and mash.

    Combine yolks, crabmeat, celery, green pepper, salad dressing and sour cream, blending well.
