- 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 unbaked pie shell
- 1 (7 1/2 oz.) can crabmeat, drained and flaked
- 2 green onions, sliced (with tops)
- 1/4 c. sliced almonds
- 3 beaten eggs
- 1 c. light cream
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
- dash of mace
Directions

1Sprinkle cheese over bottom of pie shell.

2Top with crabmeat, sprinkle with green onions.

3Combine eggs, cream, salt, lemon peel, mustard and mace.

4Pour over crabmeat.

5Top with sliced almonds.

6Bake in slow (325°) oven about 45 minutes or until set. Remove from oven and let set 10 minutes.
