Crab Won Tons

- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 can crab
- 3 or 4 green onions, chopped (including tops)
- few drops sesame oil
- 1 pkg. won ton skins
Directions

1Mix cream cheese, crab, onions and sesame oil.

2Put scant teaspoon of mixture in a won ton skin and wrap according to directions on won ton package.

3You may want to use a touch of the crab mixture to seal edges of won tons.

4Deep fry 2 or 3 at a time just until golden brown (just a few seconds).

5Serve with Chinese mustard and soy sauce for dipping.
