Crab Won Tons

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 can crab
  • 3 or 4 green onions, chopped (including tops)
  • few drops sesame oil
  • 1 pkg. won ton skins

Directions

    Mix cream cheese, crab, onions and sesame oil.

    Put scant teaspoon of mixture in a won ton skin and wrap according to directions on won ton package.

    You may want to use a touch of the crab mixture to seal edges of won tons.

    Deep fry 2 or 3 at a time just until golden brown (just a few seconds).

    Serve with Chinese mustard and soy sauce for dipping.
