- 1 (6 oz.) can crabmeat (use good quality)
- 3 or 4 oz. cream cheese
- 1 tsp. soy sauce
- few drops Tabasco
- 1 lb. wonton skins
- garlic powder to taste
- grated onion, small amount
Directions

1Shred crabmeat.

2Blend cheese, soy sauce, garlic, Tabasco and onion; mix well.

3Put 1/2 teaspoon in center of wonton skin. Moisten edges with egg.

4Pinch corners together.

5Fry in oil 2 minutes.

6Drain.

7Dip in sweet and sour sauce.
