  • 1 (6 oz.) can crabmeat (use good quality)
  • 3 or 4 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 tsp. soy sauce
  • few drops Tabasco
  • 1 lb. wonton skins
  • garlic powder to taste
  • grated onion, small amount

Directions

    Shred crabmeat.

    Blend cheese, soy sauce, garlic, Tabasco and onion; mix well.

    Put 1/2 teaspoon in center of wonton skin. Moisten edges with egg.

    Pinch corners together.

    Fry in oil 2 minutes.

    Drain.

    Dip in sweet and sour sauce.
