- 1 lb. crabmeat
- 1 stick margarine or butter
- 1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1 c. chopped onions
- 2 large cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 small can evaporated milk
- 4 slices white bread (more if needed)
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 c. chopped parsley
- 1/2 c. chopped green onions
Directions

1Melt margarine in saucepan.

2Add bell pepper, celery, onions and garlic; saute until wilted.

3To this add milk and bread mixture; mix real good.

4Add crabmeat, green onions and parsley. Pour in a greased pan, 13 x 9-inches.

5Top with bread crumbs and butter.

6Can also be baked in two small pans, one to freeze.
