- 1 1/2 c. uncooked rice
- 1 lb. crabmeat
- 2 celery ribs, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 can tomatoes
- salt and pepper to taste
- parsley
Directions

1Cook rice; rinse and set aside.

2Saute onion and celery in small amount of oil.

3Add tomatoes; heat.

4Add crabmeat; heat. Sprinkle parsley over top.

5Serve hot over rice.
