Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. medium shell macaroni, cooked
- 1/3 c. chopped green onions
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 c. dry white wine
- 1/2 tsp. dried basil
- 1 c. carrots, sliced thin
- 1/2 lb. fresh broccoli, coarsely chopped
- 1/2 lb. frozen imitation crabmeat, thawed, rinsed and drained
Directions

1Saute onions and garlic over medium heat in skillet sprayed with vegetable spray.

2Remove from skillet.

3Melt margarine in skillet.

4Add flour; cook over medium heat for 1 minute.

5Stir constantly.

6Gradually stir in wine; continue cooking and stirring until mixture is thickened.

7Add onion and garlic mixture and basil to sauce, then add carrots, broccoli and crabmeat to sauce. Simmer for 10 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.

8Remove from heat.

9Add cooked pasta; toss gently.
