- 1 stick butter
- 2 cans crab meat or 1 lb. fresh crab meat
- 2 pkg. English muffins
- 2 small jars Old English cheese
Directions

1Take the stick of butter and 2 jars of cheese and place in a microwavable pan.

2Melt the butter and cheese.

3Take an egg beater (whisk) and beat until smooth.

4Add a dash of garlic powder (if you like a real garlic taste, you can add fresh garlic); add crabmeat and mix well.

5Spread on English muffins.

6Put on cookie sheets and refrigerate for at least 45 minutes.

7Preheat oven for 15 minutes or until light brown around the edges.

8I then turn my oven on broil and cook a few minutes.

9Eat and enjoy!
