  • 1 single pie crust
  • 1/2 c. diced celery
  • 1/2 c. green onion
  • 3 beaten eggs
  • 1 c. light cream
  • 1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
  • dash of nutmeg
  • 1 (7 oz.) can crabmeat
  • 1 1/2 c. Swiss and Cheddar cheese, mixed
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 Tbsp. tomato paste

Directions

    Saute celery and onion.

    Add crabmeat; stir on low heat.

    Let cool.

    Stir other ingredients together.

    Add sauteed mixture, then add cheese and stir.

    Pour in single pastry shell.

    Bake at 375° for 30 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
