- 1 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1 9 in. deep dish pie shell, unbaked
- 1 (6 to 7 1/2 oz.) can crabmeat
- 1 sm. onion
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. evaporated milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. lemon peel, grated or 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. mustard
- 1/4 c. almonds, sliced
Directions

1Sprinkle cheese evenly over bottom of crust.

2Top with crabmeat.

3Sprinkle with chopped onion.

4Combine eggs with milk, salt, lemon juice or peel, and mustard.

5Pour over crabmeat, top with sliced almonds.

6Bake at 325° for 45 minutes or until set. Remove and let stand for 10 minutes.
