  • 1/2 cup finely chopped red onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped plum tomato (about 2)
  • 1/2 cup diced seeded peeled cucumber
  • 1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/3 cup fresh lime juice (about 3 limes)
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 teaspoons hot sauce
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
  • 1 pound lump crabmeat, shell pieces removed

    Combine first 10 ingredients in a bowl; toss well. Carefully fold in crabmeat so as not to break up crab pieces. Cover and chill at least 30 minutes.
