- 1/2 cup chopped plum tomato (about 2)
- 1/2 cup diced seeded peeled cucumber
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/3 cup fresh lime juice (about 3 limes)
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 teaspoons hot sauce
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
- 1 pound lump crabmeat, shell pieces removed
Directions

1Combine first 10 ingredients in a bowl; toss well. Carefully fold in crabmeat so as not to break up crab pieces. Cover and chill at least 30 minutes.
