  • 3/4 lb. or 2 (6 oz.) cans crabmeat
  • 1 c. grated Swiss cheese
  • 1 c. finely chopped onion
  • 1 c. mayo
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Drain crabmeat and combine with remaining ingredients in large bowl.

    Taste for seasoning.

    Spoon into a 6-cup souffle dish. Bake for 30 minutes at 350°.
