- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 2 pkg. cream cheese, softened (8 oz.)
- 1/4 c. pimento, chopped fine
- 1/4 c. onion, chopped fine
- 1/4 c. green pepper, chopped fine
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- pecans
Directions

1Mix and form ball; cool until firm, then roll in chopped pecans.

2Wrap in Saran Wrap and refrigerate.

3Remove from refrigerator about 2 hours before serving.

4Remove Saran Wrap and place crackers around cheese ball.

5Makes 2 small or 1 large ball.
