Cracker Barrel Cheese Ball

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 2 pkg. cream cheese, softened (8 oz.)
  • 1/4 c. pimento, chopped fine
  • 1/4 c. onion, chopped fine
  • 1/4 c. green pepper, chopped fine
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • pecans

Directions

    Mix and form ball; cool until firm, then roll in chopped pecans.

    Wrap in Saran Wrap and refrigerate.

    Remove from refrigerator about 2 hours before serving.

    Remove Saran Wrap and place crackers around cheese ball.

    Makes 2 small or 1 large ball.
