- 1 pkg. crackers, crushed (Zesta)
- 3 c. pecans, chopped
- 6 egg whites
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. cream of tartar
- 2 c. Cool Whip
- 1 can coconut
Directions

1Mix the cracker crumbs and pecans; set aside.

2Beat the egg whites until stiff.

3Mix the sugar and cream of tartar to egg whites.

4Add pecans and crackers to egg white mixture.

5Pour into a greased and floured oblong cake pan.

6Bake in a 350° preheated oven for 15 minutes.

7Let cool.

8Spread with Cool Whip; sprinkle with coconut.

9Refrigerate.
