- 35 to 40 saltine crackers
- 1 c. butter (not margarine)
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
Directions

1Cover cookie sheet with foil.

2Line with crackers.

3Bring butter and sugar to boil, then cook 3 minutes.

4Pour mixture over crackers.

5Bake 5 minutes in 400° oven.

6Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle with chocolate chips.

7Let stand 5 minutes, then spread chocolate evenly.

8Place in refrigerator for chocolate to harden.

9Pull foil off back and break into pieces.
