  • 40 saltine crackers (2 x 2-inch)
  • 1 c. butter (no substitutions)
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. milk chocolate morsels

Directions

    Place saltines, side by side, on a foil-covered cookie sheet. Bring butter and brown sugar to a boil; boil 3 minutes.

    Spread mixture over crackers.

    Bake 5 minutes at 400°.

    Sprinkle morsels over baked crackers; let stand 5 minutes.

    Spread evenly. Refrigerate until hard.

    Remove foil; break into pieces.

    Makes 2 dozen pieces.
