- 14 cup butter or 14 cup margarine
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 12 lb fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small green bell pepper, chopped
- 8 ounces angel hair pasta
- 12 cup grated romano cheese
- 34 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon pepper
- chopped fresh parsley
Directions

1In a large skillet, melt butter.

2Add next 4 ingredients; saute until shrimp become pink, about 3-5 minutes.

3Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and place on a serving platter.

4Top with shrimp mixture.

5Sprinkle with cheese, salt, pepper, and parsley.
