- 1 gal. popped corn
- 1 c. raw peanuts
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1/3 c. Karo syrup
- 1 c. light brown sugar, packed
- pinch of salt
Directions

1Boil margarine, syrup and sugar 4 minutes.

2Remove from heat; add to syrup mixture 1 teaspoon vanilla and 1/2 teaspoon baking soda.

3Stir well.

4Pour over popcorn and nuts in large roasting pan; mix well.

5Bake at 250° for 1 hour and 15 minutes (ovens may vary), stirring every 15 minutes.

6Cool and store in covered container.
