- 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
- 1/2 c. white Karo syrup
- 2 c. light brown sugar
- unsalted peanuts
Directions

1Combine butter, Karo syrup, baking soda, brown sugar and cream of tartar in saucepan.

2Boil for 5 minutes.

3Pour over 5-quarts of popped corn and peanuts.

4Bake at 250° for 1 1/2 hours, stirring every 20 minutes.
