- 3/4 c. self-rising corn meal
- 3/4 c. self-rising flour
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 1/4 c. sweet milk
- 1 1/2 c. crisp cracklins
- 3 Tbsp. cooking oil or butter
Directions

1Sift corn meal and flour together.

2Mix egg and milk and add to dry ingredients.

3Mix well and add cracklins.

4Bake in greased pan in 425° oven for about 20 to 25 minutes.
