- cooking oil spray
- 6 boneless chops (3/4-inch thick)
- 1/2 c. apple juice
- 1/2 c. cranberry sauce
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. orange juice
- 1/4 tsp. ginger
- 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Coat a skillet with cooking spray.

2Heat over medium heat. Sprinkle pork chops with black pepper and salt. Put chops in the skillet and brown on each side.

3Add apple juice or cider.

4Cover tightly; cook on low 5 or 6 minutes.

5In a small bowl, combine cranberry sauce, brown sugar or honey, orange juice, ginger and nutmeg.

6Pour over the chops.

7Cook for 2 or 3 minutes or until heated through.

8Makes 6 servings.
