  • 1 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 3 c. sliced, pared tart apples (about 3 medium)
  • 2 c. cranberries
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine

    Prepare pastry.

    Mix sugar and flour. Alternate layers of apples, cranberries and sugar mixture in pastry-lined pie plate, beginning and ending with apples.
