- 2 c. flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tsp. orange peel, grated
- 3/4 c. orange juice
- 1 1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
- 1 1/2 to 2 c. fresh cranberries
Directions

1Sift dry ingredients.

2Cut in oil until crumbly. Add egg and orange juice.

3Stir until moist.

4Fold cranberries.

5Spoon into a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan, greased and floured.

6Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
