- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp. grated orange rind
- 3/4 c. orange juice
- 1 1/2 c. golden raisins
- 1 1/2 c. chopped cranberries
- 1 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
Directions

1Stir together flour, sugar, baking powder, soda and salt into a large bowl.

2Cut in margarine until mixture is crumbly.

3Stir in eggs with orange rind and orange juice; blend mixture into flour mixture.

4Stir just until flour is moistened.

5Fold in raisins, cranberries and nuts.

6Spoon into a greased loaf pan.

7Bake at 350° for 60 to 75 minutes or until done.
