Ingredients
- 2 c. sifted flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tsp. grated orange peel
- 3/4 c. orange juice
- 1 1/2 c. light raisins
- 1 1/2 c. fresh or frozen cranberries, chopped
Directions

1Mix dry ingredients together.

2Cut in margarine until crumble. Add egg, orange peel and juice all at once.

3Stir until evenly moist.

4Fold in raisins and cranberries.

5Place in greased and lightly floured loaf pan.

6Bake 350° for 1 hour, 10 minutes.

7You may substitute cranberries for the raisins, using a total of 3 c. cranberries.
