- 2 c. flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 beaten egg
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1 tsp. grated orange peel
- 3/4 c. orange juice
- 1 1/2 c. light raisins
- 1 1/2 c. fresh or frozen cranberries, chopped
Directions

1Sift flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and baking soda into a bowl.

2Cut in margarine until crumbly.

3Add egg, peel and juice, all at once.

4Stir until moist.

5Fold in raisins and berries. Bake in a 9 x 5 x 3-inch greased pan at 350° for one hour and thirty minutes.
