  • 1 whole Medium Ripe Avocado, Halved, Peeled And Pitted
  • 1 cup Frozen Mango Cubes
  • 1/4 cups Lowfat Milk, Coconut Milk Or Almond Milk
  • 1 whole Lime, Juiced
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey

Directions

    Toss all of the ingredients into a blender and whirl away until smooth and creamy. If all you have is fresh fruit, just add a little ice and blend until you achieve the desired thickness.
