- 2 c. whole wheat flour
- 2 c. white flour
- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. white sugar
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 Tbsp. grated orange rind
- 1 1/2 c. orange juice
- 2 eggs
- 2 c. cranberries, coarsely chopped
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 2/3 c. raisins
Directions

1Sift dry ingredients together.

2Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse meal.

3Combine orange rind, orange juice and eggs.

4Add to dry ingredients and mix just to moisten.

5Fold in berries, nuts and raisins.

6Turn into 2 greased and floured 9 x 5-inch loaf pans.

7Bake in 350° oven for 55 to 60 minutes.

8Cool. Slices better the next day.
