- 2 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 c. cranberries, cut in pieces
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
- 6 Tbsp. hot orange juice
Directions

1Sift dry ingredients (except nuts) in bowl.

2Cut in butter. Add remainder of ingredients and pour into a loaf pan.

3Bake at 325° for 70 minutes.

4Remove from pan and wrap well at once in wax paper.

5Refrigerate 3 hours.
