- 3 cups Flour
- 2 Tablespoons Extract (vanilla Or Almond)
- 4-1/2 cups Fresh Cranberries
- 1/2 cups Chopped Pecans
- 1/2 cups Chopped Walnuts

11. Preheat oven to 350 F.

22. Cream sugar and eggs, then beat in 1 cup butter. Mix in the flour and the extract.

33. Stir in fresh cranberries.

44. Saute chopped pecans and chopped walnuts in 1 - 2 tablespoons butter.

66. Bake in two PAM-sprayed 8 x 8 pans for 30 minutes.
