  • 2 c. fresh cranberries
  • 1 2/3 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. almond extract
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 c. whipping cream (half and half or light)
  • 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
  • 8 oz. rich egg bread or 8 slices firm-textured white bread
