  • 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
  • 1/4 c. butter or oleo
  • 1 c. fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 1 c. water
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
  • dash of ground nutmeg
  • 1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar (optional)

Directions

    In a shallow dish, combine flour, salt and pepper; dredge chicken.

    In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat.

    Brown the chicken on both sides.
