  • 3 to 4 lb. chicken, cut up
  • 1 can whole cranberry sauce
  • 1 pkg. onion soup mix
  • 1 (8 oz.) bottle French dressing
  • 2 c. Minute rice

Directions

    Place cut up chicken into a 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Combine cranberry sauce, onion soup mix and French dressing; mix well. Pour over chicken.

    Bake at 325° for 1 hour or until tender. Serve with rice and vegetables.
