  • 3 or 4 lb. chicken pieces
  • 1 (1 lb.) can whole cranberry sauce
  • 1 envelope onion soup mix
  • 1 (8 oz.) bottle French dressing

Directions

    Place chicken pieces in a 3-quart casserole.

    Mix cranberry sauce, soup mix and French dressing.

    Pour over chicken and marinate 1 to 2 hours (or longer).

    Turn chicken pieces occasionally.

    Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours, uncovered, turning chicken once to brown on all sides.

    Serve on rice.
