- 3 or 4 lb. chicken pieces
- 1 (1 lb.) can whole cranberry sauce
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- 1 (8 oz.) bottle French dressing
Directions

1Place chicken pieces in a 3-quart casserole.

2Mix cranberry sauce, soup mix and French dressing.

3Pour over chicken and marinate 1 to 2 hours (or longer).

4Turn chicken pieces occasionally.

5Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours, uncovered, turning chicken once to brown on all sides.

6Serve on rice.
