  • 1 whole chicken
  • 1 can whole cranberry sauce
  • 3 carrots (whole or cut up)
  • 1 onion, cut in half or diced
  • 1 c. French dressing

Directions

    Combine cranberry sauce and French dressing in a bowl.

    Place onion and carrots in the bottom of a 2 1/2-quart casserole dish. Cover chicken in sauce and place on vegetables.

    Use remaining sauce to baste chicken.

    Bake at 300° for 1 hour.

    Will serve 4 to 6 people.
