  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 bag 12 Oz Bag, Fresh Whole Cranberries, Rinsed
  • FOR THE TOPPING:
  • 1/2 cups Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 1/4 cups Milk
