- 13 cup onion, minced
- 13 cup butter or 13 cup margarine
- 1 cup rice
- 1 (10 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup water
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
- 1 cup cheese, grated
- 1 (6 ounce) package chicken flavor stuffing mix
Directions

1Pre-make your cream of mushroom soup in a medium bowl with 1 cup water.

2In a medium sauce pan melt butter till bubbly.

3Add onion and cook for about one minute or until tender and clear.

4Add rice and stir and cook for approximately two minutes.

5Add two cups cream of mushroom soup.

6Add chicken bouillon cube.

7Bring to a boil and reduce heat to low cover and cook for up to 15 min, stir after 10 to check for doneness

8In a medium sauce pan cook your chicken stuffing according to package directions.

9In a one quart casserole or baking dish combine your mushroom rice and stuffing.

10Top with cheese.

11Cover lightly and bake at 400 for 20 min or until bubbly.
