Cranberry Conserve

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. fresh cranberries
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 1 orange, cut fine (rind also)
  • 2 small boxes raisins
  • 1 c. pecans, cut finely
  • 1 1/4 c. sugar

Directions

    Combine water with cranberries and boil about 1/2 hour or until berries begin to pop.

    Add orange, raisins, pecans and sugar.

    Reduce heat and cook on medium fire another half hour. Mixture will begin to thicken.

    Pour into jelly jars.
