- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1/4 c. oil
- 2 c. cooked rice
- 16 thin slices deli ham
- 2 cans whole cranberry sauce
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
Directions

1Saute onion and celery in oil.

2Stir in cooked rice. Place rice mix on ham slices.

3Roll and place, seam side down, in oiled roasting pan.

4Repeat.

5Melt cranberry sauce.

6Add brown sugar and lemon juice.

7Pour over ham rolls.

8Bake at 350° until hot through.
