- 2 c. cranberries
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 tsp. granulated gelatin
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. white corn syrup
- 1/4 c. orange juice
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Directions

1Cook cranberries in all but 1/4 cup water until very soft; rub through fine sieve.

2Soften gelatin in remaining water.

3Heat sugar and corn syrup to boiling; add gelatin and stir until dissolved.

4Combine all ingredients and beat well for a few minutes to cool and slightly thicken.

5Pour into automatic refrigerator tray and freeze quickly, stirring several times during freezing.
