Cranberry Mold

Ingredients

  • 1 c. (or 1 pkg.) cranberries
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. any red jello
  • 1 c. hot water and 1 c. pineapple juice or water
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple (21 oz.)
  • 1/2 c. celery, chopped
  • 1/2 c. walnut meats, chopped
  • 1 pkg. unflavored gelatin

Directions

    Wash and grind up cranberries in blender (don't get them soupy) and mix with 1 cup sugar.

    Set aside for a while.

    Empty jello and unflavored gelatin into 6 x 10 pan.

    Stir in hot water until dissolved.

    Add pineapple juice or water or mixture of both to equal 1 cup.

    Let jello set in refrigerator until slightly solid.

    Add cranberries, crushed pineapple, celery and walnuts. Let set in refrigerator until solid.
